I then had to call the sales line and speak with sales because any other phone menu item wanted you to end the call or it would end the call for you if you chose something other than sales. Once I spoke to the CSR, their flip chart instructed them to plug two different products while not addressing the issue or acknowledging an issue may exist.

No, I wasn’t interested in QB and no, I wasn’t interested in a subscription service. I’ve always known that QB support was lacking, but this was really bad. Do I downgrade and reinstall ?
